Western Sky Enterprises success is predicated on the quality and working knowledge of the people we hire. As a result, each of our Consultants has a minimum ten years of homebuilding experience and possesses a professional demeanor which quickly establishes a working relationship with Builder Staff and Homeowners.

As a Builder, you’re proud to back the Quality of the Homes you Build with a New Home Warranty program. However, actually implementing a cost effective and efficient Warranty Program is no small task.

Third Party Warranty Inspections are provided to builders for new home construction for a period of one or more years depending on the scope of services requested.  Warranty Management Inspections by Western Sky Enterprises personnel provide savings to Builders through increased operational efficiencies. Services offered to the New Homeowner are 24/7 Customer Service, Warranty Material, Pre-Closing New Home Orientation Walk Through, 2 month and 11 month Warranty Term Walks and Scheduling of Subcontractors for work days at Homeowners convenience.

WSE manages your New Home Warranty program allowing you to focus on Building Homes, thus mitigating the worry and time associated with Homeowner related calls and issues. Additionally, the costs associated with Warranty Management are known, allowing you to maintain a specific price point for each individual product type.

Allow Western Sky Enterprises the opportunity to Partner with your Company on future projects and we will work hard to ensure the project’s success and Homeowner satisfaction.

Builder Construction Progress Inspections help you monitor the progress of each critical phase of construction:  Footings and Foundations to be performed by Structural Engineer, Framing and Mechanical to be inspected Pre-Drywall, Interior  Finish details and Exterior to be inspected in conjunction with pre-closing “Walk through and Homeowner Orientation.”

The Benefits of performing “Third Party Builder Inspections” are as follows:

1.Reduction in Warranty calls as well as costs associated with budget reserves allocated toward Warranty Services.

2.Digital Photographic history of all inspections for record keeping purposes in the event that an issue arises outside of the warranty period.

3.Reduction in exposure to “”Construction Defect Litigation” in the event that an issue cannot be resolved by other means.
